Version 2.0 of Mental Case for iPhone

We've been a bit quiet lately, but it's not because we're on holiday. As soon as the paint dried on version 1.0 of Mental Case for iPhone, we began on version 2.0, a much more ambitious project.

The good news is that we are almost ready to start beta testing version 2.0. It includes many of the feature requests we received (eg. creation of notes on the iPhone, correction of notes), plus a few nice surprises. In short, it is a much more polished and far-reaching app than version 1.0.

We plan to charge for Mental Case for iPhone 2.0, but we will continue to offer a free 'lite' version that is just as capable as the current 1.0 version, and perhaps a little more capable.

If you would like to help beta test, and have not yet signed up, please send email to support [at] maccoremac.com, and we'll let you know how to go about it. We'll probably send out invitations to participate in around 1 week, when the first beta download becomes available.

In the meantime, below is a little teaser.

charge

How much are you planning on charging?

~I swore to myself that if I ever got to walk around the room as manager people would laugh as they saw me coming and applaud as I walked away~

Re: Charge

This has not been finalized, but we expect it to be comparable to other flash card apps. Something like $7. That will include some online features that usually require a subscription, so it will actually be a very good deal, whatever we charge.
