Problems with New Update for Ipod Touch

The new upgrade seems to have created a few problems for me. I was wondering if anyone else out there is having the same issues
1. The lesson are not loading into the lesson queue, and if they are they are going extremely slowly or I am forced to shut down the app and reopen it
2. Whenever a lesson is complete the Lesson Schedule toggle is still set to "on"
3. If am ever able to get a lesson loaded, which is almost impossible right now, it is getting randomized by the study slideshows, even when Shuffle Slides is set to "off"
4. There is no longer the option to start a slide show from the Lesson button, the little icon that used to appear at the bottom of the page is gone

Yikes, studying for the Bar examine right now and this is the last thing I need
